Lucca boasts something unique and incomparable perfectly preserved, city walls (the Town Walls of Lucca form a perfect ring around the city) and a park in which you can go for a run, relax, ride a bike, meet friends and breathe.
Lucca is referred to as the “city of one hundred churches” for the large number of religious buildings which represent marvellous examples of architectural italian styles.
From Fillungo street, you get almost everywhere in the town center, a nice walk will lead you to the discovery of Lucca’s most charming spots and places you can’t absolutely miss, including Piazza dell’Anfiteatro or the Amphitheatre Square, the Church of San Frediano, the famous Torre Guinigi, the Botanical Garden (a public garden of the Lucca Botanical Park)
